Happy Fathers Day 2021  Greetings, Wishes, Messages, Quotes Sayings

Happy Father’s Day 2021 : Father’s Day is an occasion to gratify the deeds of a father, who is like a silent and strong pillar in a family. Though he spends lesser time with his children than a mother, this is no yardstick to measure his love for his family. He is rather, such a person, who looks after the needs as well as desires of his family in his own silent way, without ever even trying to make a show of what he does for them. A father does no less for his children than a mother, but seldom gets as much gratification as a mother does. We have songs and poems written in honor of mothers, but fathers are the least appreciated people in the world. Most of us fail to recognize what our fathers have done for us as we simply take them for granted. But with Fathers Day around the corner, we have an opportunity to show our respect and honor towards the fathers and what all they have done for us.

Happy Fathers Day 2021 Greetings, Wishes, Messages, Quotes Sayings

    What is father’s day?

Father’s day is a festival celebrated around the world to honor the role played by the fathers in the family and also recognizing their vital contribution for supporting it financially, morally and emotionally. Though various countries celebrate this day on various dates, most of the countries, including Canada, USA, UK and India, observe the third Sunday of June as the Fathers Day, which falls on June 20 this year 2021. The history of this day being celebrated as the Fathers Day is not believed to be too old. It is believed to have its roots in the United States, where a woman called Sonora Smart Dodd thought of the idea in 1910 to honor the fathers by celebrating the Fathers Day, as mothers were honored with a special day called the Mothers Day being celebrated as a tribute to them. Since then, Fathers Day is being celebrated as a custom in the United States, which was slowly propagated to other countries around the world. However, there is another theory, which associates the celebration of this event with the pagan Sun Worship, which was a practice in the ancient times. Since back in the period of paganism, the sun was considered to be the father of the universe, it is believed that the Fathers Day is marked on the third week of June, to correspond with the June Solstice which falls on approximately the same date (June 21st). However, this is the day more about your emotions toward your father, rather than the history.

    Ideal Gifts for your father

The best gift you can give to your father is your time and attention, particularly if he has grown old. Most of us grown-ups are so badly wrapped up in our daily lives that we hardly realize that how long it has been since we have just talked our fathers. We simply forget how they held our hands and taught us to walk, how they helped us through our studies, how they managed to buy things for us and how they could arrange money for fulfilling all our wishes, when we were young. Well, they need us and our love the most. However, Fathers day is the occasion when you can express your love with a meaningful gift to your father. It can be something as simple as n a card, (a hand-made one can show your true feelings, but plenty of them are available in the market if you lack time to make it), some flowers, a dinner date or a personal gift such as a watch. It really depends upon your budget and preference. But once again, I assert that it is the feelings rather than the gift, which will give more happiness to your father.

Some Gift Ideas for your Father

A large number of gift options are available in the market if you are looking for a perfect gift for your father this Fathers Day. The first thing you must keep in mind while selecting a Father’s Day is his requirement and your budget, besides of course, the feelings you want to convey with this gift. You can look for a nice shirt, tie or ethnic wear, if your father prefers to wear Indian clothes. Other gifts could be a branded watch, cufflinks or perfume. If your father is gadget savvy, you can gift him a latest android phone, i-pad or laptop. In case budget is of no concern, you could go for expensive gifts such as a gold chain or a bracelet, with your names engraved on it. And if you are looking for some inexpensive gifts, you could take him out for a dinner followed by a nice walk and warm conversation after that. Even some roses with some of his favorite chocolates and a simple card can also express your gratitude towards him for always being there for you. As I said before, what really matters is the emotions behind the gift, rather than its price tag.

    Father’s Day Wishes 2021

Father’s Day is an event when you can express your love and gratitude towards your father. It is always more meaningful to express what you feel from the core of your heart, rather than looking for inspiration from someplace else. Some common father’s day wishes are quoted as follows:
The first true love for a daughter is and will always be, her father.
A father is someone who will never let you go astray, but will always be your guiding star.
Thank you Dad for always being there by my side and making my world a beautiful place to live in.
Besides these wishes, you can say thanks to your father in your own heartfelt and meaningful words.
So let us not lose this chance to thank and honor our fathers for all they have been doing for us. And one more thing, once a father, always a father- even if we grow into adults and our fathers grow old, they will always try to shelter us from all sorts of problems that life brings for us. A father is always like a shady tree for his children, giving them strong roots and protecting them from the heat and dust of life!!!

Father’s Day is a day to celebrate fatherhood; many countries celebrate it on the third Sunday of June (Father’s Day this year: 20 June 2021). In this day, we show our love and gratefulness to our fathers in many ways: gifts, quotes, send sms messages and beautiful images to your beloved father. wants to catch you before you fall
    but instead picks you up,
    brushes you off,
    and lets you try again.
    A dad is someone who
wants to keep you from making mistakes
but instead lets you find your own way,
even though his heart breaks in silence
    when you get hurt.
    A dad is someone who
    holds you when you cry,
scolds you when you break the rules,

My father gave me the greatest gift anyone could give another person, he believed in me.- Jim Valvano

“A true father is always there. He is there to spill tears of happiness when his eyes fall upon his infant daughter. He is there with arms to catch her when she takes her first steps or stumbles. He is there to teach her at the youngest age, even though she might not understand half of it. He is there to help her color inside the lines, make her grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup, and tie her shoes. He is there to hug her and kiss her on her first days of school, and to walk her in if need be. He is there to teach her and tease her and laugh with her. He is always there to embarrass her, but that’s part of life. He is there to tell her to go ask her mother, when her mother told her to ask him. He is there to lecture her, prepare her for the monster called high school. He is there to put up with her teenage moods and her co-ed relationships. He is there to approve, disapprove, accept and forgive. He is there to give her a big bundle of flowers when she graduates, to smile when her name is called and feel proud. He is there to embrace her and kiss her before she goes to live and learn a thousand miles away. He is there to see her become a workingwoman, to walk her down the aisle (or not, if her independence and stubbornness prevail after all). He is there to watch her grow as the lines on his face grow. He is there to welcome her home, always, and let her hug him and smell the smell she remembers from childhood, the warm, protecting, comforting smell of dad. But most of all, he is always there to love her. And she is always there to love him back. Dad, I love you, happy Father’s Day.”
